Nine killed, injured in car accident in Qarghi, Laghman

This morning, Sunday, November 16, a car caught fire after it overturned in the Qarghi district of Laghman, killing six people and injuring three others.

Laghman provincial officials said that at around 4:00 this morning, a towed vehicle in the Miakhan Kach area of ​​Qarghi district of the province went off the road due to the driver’s carelessness, overturned and caught fire.

According to officials, the health condition of the injured is stable.

It is worth noting that traffic accidents have increased at an unprecedented rate in the country recently, with many people losing their lives.

The reasons for the increase in traffic accidents have been attributed to the carelessness of motorists, reckless driving, failure to comply with traffic rules, and the narrowness and deterioration of roads.
