The third round of talks between Afghan and Pakistani delegations is scheduled to begin in Istanbul today, Thursday, November 15.
The third round of talks between Afghanistan and Pakistan will begin in Turkey today, for which purpose an Afghan delegation headed by the head of the Afghan Intelligence Agency, Abdul Haq Wasiq, left for Turkey yesterday.
According to the source, the delegation includes senior member of the Afghan Intelligence Agency Anas Haqqani, acting head of the Afghan Embassy in Qatar Suhail Shaheen, Deputy Foreign Minister Zakir Jalali, Deputy Interior Minister Rahmatullah Najib, and Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Abdul Qahar Balkhi.
It should be noted that the Pakistani delegation is led by the country’s intelligence chief, General Asim Malik.
It is worth noting that after the heavy clashes between Afghanistan and Pakistan, delegations from Afghanistan and Pakistan sat down for negotiations mediated by Turkey and Qatar, but the two sides have not yet reached an agreement.
