Bamyan officials reported today that five people were killed and injured in two separate traffic accidents in the provincial capital and Waras district.
Mohammad Khwani Rasa, spokesman for the Bamyan Police Headquarters, said on Monday, September 15, that the first incident occurred last night in the Dahan Ahangran area of ​​the Bamyan capital.
In this incident, a Fielder-type vehicle collided with a motorcycle, killing two motorcycle riders.
The second incident in the same province occurred in the Sarab Qol area of ​​Waras district, when a Tunis-type vehicle overturned due to a technical defect. One passenger died and two others were injured in this incident.
The spokesman for the Bamyan Police Headquarters urged drivers to be careful while driving and pay attention to traffic laws.
This comes at a time when dozens of people, including women and children, are dying every day due to traffic accidents.
