<p>Turkish officials have said that 20 of their soldiers have been killed in a cargo plane crash near the border between the country and Georgia (Azerbaijan).<br>The Turkish Ministry of National Defense said late yesterday that a C-130 military cargo plane had crashed near the Georgia-Azerbaijan border.<br>The ministry added that the plane was flying from the Republic of Azerbaijan to Turkey and crashed on the border, and an investigation is underway.<br>The Foreign Office and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Pakistan have expressed their condolences to the government and people of Turkey.</p>
