<p>A spokesman for the Afghan government said that talks between Afghan and Pakistani representatives in Qatar ended with the signing of an agreement and both sides agreed on a complete and meaningful ceasefire. According to this agreement, both sides will not attack each other&#8217;s security forces, civilians and facilities.<br>Zabihullah Mujahid, a spokesman for the Afghan government, wrote on his X-Page today, Sunday, October 17: &#8220;We appreciate the efforts of the brotherly countries of Qatar and Turkey in reaching this agreement. According to the bilateral agreement, both sides have emphasized their commitment to peace, respect for each other and good neighborly relations, and Afghanistan will be supported by groups that are against the Pakistani government.&#8221;<br>He also emphasized that both sides have agreed on a complete and meaningful ceasefire.<br>It should be noted that the next meeting between the Afghan and Pakistani delegations will be held in Turkey.</p>
