The US Supreme Court has upheld the decision of President Trump’s administration to launch a massive operation to detain immigrants in southern California.

Conservative members of the court said that according to this decision, security forces can question and detain people based solely on their color, language or accent. However, Democrats and civil rights groups have condemned the law.

It should be noted that the decision puts thousands of immigrants, including Latin Americans, from Afghanistan, Pakistan and several other countries, living in California at high risk of deportation.
